Some of the roles we recruit for

Project Manager

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the planning, execution and monitoring of the project, in order to deliver against agreed timescales and budgets. This must be done whilst continually liaising with key stakeholders to maintain alignment against objectives.

Embedded Software Engineer

An Embedded Software Engineer will write software that is embedded in electronic devices used to control machines or equipment. There are multiple applications in which this is used, such as vehicle electronic control units, robots, central heating systems and mobile phones.

Electrical Systems Engineer

The role of an electrical systems engineer may cover all areas of the design, development and delivery within the engineering lifecycle. You could expect a variety of responsibilities, from generating requirement specifications and developing Intellectual Property, all the way to delivering a product or system to market.

Test and Validation Engineer

A Test and Validation Engineer will be responsible for creating and following the test plan for the specific function or system they are validating, through to full sign-off. There are usually error states found during the test phase, which will need to be recorded and fed back to the Design Engineer for rectification.

Systems Engineer

A systems engineer is responsible for managing and documenting the development of a complex system. Maintaining consistent use of language and traceability in requirements through specifications then validation and test. Ensuring the resulting product meets the brief. This can involve Model-Based System Engineering using UML

Manufacturing Process Engineer

Manufacturing Process Engineers help to improve the overall manufacturing process through analysis and strategic planning. This role includes identifying inefficient manufacturing processes and designing solutions to improve upon them to increase output and decrease costs. They typically work in industrial settings and often work on the floor of production to gain clear insight into the overall manufacturing process.
